I was initially referred to Susie by a friend a few years ago when my daughter was purchasing a home. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area and her patience with my daughter during her first time buying experience. So when I was looking to purchase, I immediately thought of her. Susie always replied promptly to my questions and concerns, whether with an immediate return phone call or text. Her years of experience truly shine not only during the house hunting process but throughout the closing. Susie is a true professional and a down to earth person that I would refer to family and friends in a heartbeat!

Susie was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to work with. We have worked with several agents in the past and Susie is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. Her pleasant demeanor also made the process of selling our home much easier. I was the mortgage broker involved with helping the buyer obtain a mortgage at 8311 Seaton in Joliet, Illinois and Susie Scheuber was the listing agent. I normally do not deal with the listing agent. I deal with the buyer’s realtor. The buyer’s realtor was a nice person but I ran into problems with needing cooperation from the sellers because my client’s credit was not the most stellar. I needed to buy time and that is when Susie Scheuber got involved and took the leadership role. She wanted to know facts and why she should go to bat for me and why the deal will get done. I presented all the facts to Susie and she knew that the deal will get done and took the leadership role in talking and calming not just the sellers, but the buyers, buyers agent, buyers attorneys, and sellers attorney. The closing for 8311 Seaton would not have happened without Susie Scheuber’s crisis intervention. I have never met any real estate professional like Susie Scheuber. She is the best of the best and that is all I know.

Susie was awesome to work with! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. She listed my home and with in two weeks had an offer, closed within a month. I was using her for my next home purchase before I took a job out of state.

The process of selling can overwhelming and a bit stressful, but Susie was a great advocate throughout the entire process. When my appraisal came back low, she stood firm and advocated for me, and I believe that helped me get asking price despite the low appraisal. I would absolutely recommend Susie to anyone I know, and would use her again in the future
